Question: The battery has power, but the car will not start

the key easily pulls out of the ignition, while the car is running, you cannot turn the key completely off or the ignition locks, now the car will not start even though the battery has power. No clicking from the starter, and all fuses have been changed. Someone said it could be the fuse relay, others say it could be the ignition switch. I need advice
