Question: The left headlight has a shadow

The left headlight has a shadow at the top of the range., which the right headlight does not. It looks kind of like af rectangle divided in four parts, with the left top dark. On high beam there is no shadow.

Is this normal.? The dealer could not find a problem.

Doesn't sound normal. You'll have to actually show the dealer EXACTLY the issue. If they say it's normal, ask them to show you another car or two that are the same. If they are, then it probably is normal, but from your description, it sounds like a defect in the headlamp bulb or lens.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I will go back and have them show me another car.

It goes without saying that these pieces wear out, but they do so slowly, meaning you may not notice they need attention until ...
