Question: The overhead interior light switches function, but the overhead lights do not come on when the door

The overhead interior light switches function, but the overhead lights do not come on when the doors are open, why not? All the door switches look fine, is it a fuse or something else like is the automatic light switch off?

Most of the switch's or three way. One for off, one for on, one for the door position. If it does not have that then you will need to take the vehicle to a auto tech. This car has several computers. So it is not that easy to find the problem on the. Also it is very easy to short out or burn up a computer on the newer cars.
