Question: the transmission on my 2009 sable whines or buzzes as it shifts and the rpms jump while this happens

everyone who rides in it notices it. the dealer says its normal in this transmission. i think it'll be tough to sell like it is.

If the dealer says its normal, it may be a characteristic of this particular vehicle, and there isn't much anyone can do to "fix" it. It may be annoying, but there may not be anything you can do about it.
