Question: theres a noise in frount on passanger side out by motor

sounds like something metal up under pasger side up in frount wounder could it be a bearing on pully weels for the belt

It could be. You can remove the belt and check all the pulleys for bearing wear. if the noise is not there when you start the engine with the belt off, that's a strong indication you're on the right track.
