Question: throttle body and fuel injection

My wife had a recent 25k service and was told that during routine 35 point inspection, she will need work (at the next service) on these two items. Neither are listed as inspection items on the factory sheet. THis seems like BS to me. Are these typically in need of replacement so soon? Never had such an experience with ANY car.

Where was the inspection, dealership, chain, independent shop?

Yes on the throttle body cleaning--good preventative maintenance. No on the fuel injection service unless there are problems specifically with the fuel injectors.
