Question: Throttle Position Sensor

Would a Bad Throttle Position Sensor cause my 2004 (4.7) Dodge Durango 1 out of 100 times die immediately after starting, if let set for ten minutes it will be ok and start and stay running?

I would start with the idle air control motor. That is the most common thing.
