Question: Timing Chain?

Suddenly when I try and start it, makes a loud clanking sound, shakes the engine and won't start. Could this be the timing chain? It ran fine the other day. At least it broke down in my driveway.

If the car does not crank you could need a new starter. If the timing chain is broke it will spin fast.
