Question: tire size and 4 wheel drive

I bought this used, it needed two rear tires, so the dealer put USED mismatch tread and make tires on the rear plus the front tires are p24565r17, that was also on the rear before they changed them, now the rear has p23565r17, will this make the auto 4 wheel drive think it needs to kick in, rear tires turning faster then front tricking the computer making it think its spinning causing the 4 wheel drive to kick in and out.
