Question: too much gas is coming out.

we are trying to fix a 89 ford f150. one of the problems is there is way too much gas coming out, but isnt going anywhere else but out the hole where the air filter hose goes on, whats the problem and how is it fixed?

It sounds like you have a bad throttle body injection setup. You should ether clean it, and check to see if you the fuel injectors are working properly.
