Question: Toyota camry 2007 consuming fuel

have issue with my toyota camry 2007,it consume fuel alot .i have done all i can but still consuming..need help?
After changing my gasket and fixing the timing valve, fuel consumption of my car increased...

Scan for diagnostic codes and check the ECT (engine coolant temp) sensor for proper output. Is the exhaust smoking black? Have you checked for low tire pressure?

Hi, i scanned and P0128 error code: Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature)..the exhaust smoking is not black , tire pressure is on only because couple of the sensors aint working...am tired of the issue cos it cost me alot of money on fuel.

My car also emmit when bonnet is opened, you will feel same heat when standing beside the car close to the passenger side.....why?

p0128 is a big deal. It indicates that the ECT circuit is getting bad readings, so you need to have the circuit and the sensor tested, getting that fixed will go a long way towards saving on fuel.

And have the system looked over for an exhaust leak if you are smelling fumes, hearing noises or smelling exhaust.
