Question: trailblazer will not turn over

turn key and nothing happens, all lights work, radio works, dash lights work, battery is charged, but nothing happens, have checked fuses, have tried both sets of keys

Sounds like the park-neutral (automatic) or clutch switch (manual) is open. You need to check to see if it is working and allowing power to get to the starter. You may need a shop to test it for you.
