Question: Transmision Repair

where is the best place to have the tranmission checked other than at a Honda dealer who is always so high?

The transmissions on these vehicles are known to fail around 100-150k
You'll likely need a new or rebuilt unit. Just about any shop that works on imports can probably help you. Call around and get some quotes.
