Question: Transmission

Hello I have a 1999 gmc sierra 1500 sle 5.3 v8 2wd when I start my truck up and run it to morning formation it does fine but once it cools down a bit and I get back in it and put it in first the truck begins to take off then acts like it has zero power and then I can feel a vary tiny but obious catch I'm almost certain it's the trams but I could be wrong could you help

I would have the fuel pump checked. That would be the most common thing from what you are saying.
