Question: Trying to find out what is wrong with my transmission

Ok it don't do it all the time but when it does it sounds like when you accidently put your car in park when its still rolling, it only makes that noise sometimes when im coming to a stop, also when I start it it makes like a clicking noise that sounds like its also coming from the transmission, other than that the transmission shifts good.

Motor size is 3.4 liter v 6 1993 chevy lumina

Sounds like the parking pawl mechanism is having an issue internally. You'll need a transmission shop to look at it. If it is the pawl, the transmission will probably have to come apart to fix it.

Ok I change the transmission filter and the tranny fluid that I can here at home, an now the car is doing something different,ok it goes in reverse fine and into drive when you first start it but after that when coming to a stop its like if the car goes into neutral, I have to put the car in 1st or 2nd gear so the car can take off then after that I put it back in drive and all the gears are good from there but when I come to another stop it does the same thing. When I change the filter the tranny fluid didn't smell burnt nor was there no metal shaving in the tranny pan,

May be the front pump is failing or the valve body is having issues. from all those problems, I suspect the transmission is going to need to be rebuilt or replaced.
