Question: van "chugging"

Van feels like its wanting to stall as if something is grabbing the driveshaft ,its sporatic and its usually when the van is warmed up but not always

I would check the fuel pressure. Then I would also make sure that the tune up is good. Last thing to check would be the mass air flow sensor. Disconnect it and see it the car runs better if it does replace the it.
