Question: vibration at idle

I have a vibration when i am sitting at idle in neutral and it seems to get worse when i put it into drive. It drives kind of rough too and hesitates to accelerate. The whole car vibrates when i get to about 50 mph and just seems to vibrate faster the faster you go.
