Question: Wanted to know about a squeaking noise?

Test drove a 88 BMW 735i and when I turned wheel either way there was a loud squeaking noise did not sound like power steering at old sounding as if needed greasing the shocks were bad to wanted to know what the cause could be or if it would be expensive or be able to do your self.

Could be a number of different things, shock mounts, bushings etc.

You should have it diagnosed and repaired professionally.
