Question: Warm and cold air

Not Working>> Lack of hot/cold air>> just had a coolant drain and refill>> ac and heat not blowing air till the car is running for a little while

It's normal for the heater to not function until the engine is warm. The heater core uses engine coolant to heat the cabin

The air conditioning should start to cool in about 30 seconds.

You may need some maintenance on the AC if it's not working well. The heater core may need to be replaced if it's not putting out adequate heat.
