Question: Water pump leaking?

I have a 2004 silverado 5.3. My coolant is leaking out but only when the truck starts to warmup. In idle it doesn't leak but when parked after a long drive it will? It looks to be leaking right underneath the water pump. Will the water pump only leak when the truck is getting hotter, or will it leak all the time if the pump is bad?

the water pump could leak only when it's hot or it can leak when its' only cold. Also it can leak all the time. So I would have it replace.
