Question: Weird sounds/vibrations during idle

One thing I notice about my 2011 Civic is that when it's on idle (going drive-thru), the engine periodically make a loud vibration (hard to explain since i'm not really mechanically trained), but it sounds like a fan was spinning faster for like a second or two, then it goes back to normal, then about 15 - 20 seconds later it would do the same thing. I can hear/feel this even with the windows close, just wanna know what's going on.

It could be the cooling fans going on and off. But to be sure I would have the dealer look at it. You should still be under warranty.
