Question: What belts or pulleys must I remove to get to the water pump?

I have different mechanics telling me different things. Some say must remove timing belt as well as others since they are in there Might as well change any way and others say no, timing has nothing to do with it. Just trying not to get my car fixed without my family ending up having to live in it. Any advice would be well appreciated thank you.
