Question: What caused brakes to squeak when applying pressure to them

May 2012 I took my car to the Toyota Dealship that I purchased it from and where I usually have my maintence done. The brakes had a very faint squeak and I was due to have them serviced.According to my invoice for $379.27 a complete front and rear brakes,pads, rear brake shoes, rotors where replaced. However, the squeak still was there and I was told my the service managers and techn the squeak is normal. That's not the case the squeak is worst and getting louder when using the brakes. What's not being done?

I would take the service manager for a ride in the car. So he can here the noise. It could be sometime else. One last thing your brakes should not squeakat all.
