Question: what causes my car to idle rough when i turn my a/c on?

my car has a rough idle whenever it is sitting with the a/c. it happens as soon as the a/c is turned on.

You need a tune up. That is where I would start first.

I changed my spark plugs but the problem is still there, I found a leak in my radiator hose. Could it be causing some kind of stress on my fan since its always lower in fluid than it needs to be??

No its putting stress on the engine. It could over heat and then you are look at big money to fix.
