Question: What could be the problem with after factory front brakes?
I had after factory disks and rotors installed last year. Since then, when I apply the brakes, there is a grating thumping noise in the right wheel. The steering wheel also vibrates visibly. I took it back to the garage that did the work, but they said there was noting wrong that they could see. Then I took it to a Honda dealership where I was told that since I had opted to have generic equipment installed, they would not fix another garage's work. Then I took it to several other garages and was informed, like in the first instance, they couldn't see anything wrong. I guess they can't fix it if they can't see a problem. I am embarrassed to drive this noisy car. What might be the problem and what should I do?
