Question: what could be wrong

I have an 1995 olds niety-eight and having troble with the chimes and hot light going flashing off inside the car when it start it cause my air condition compr to cut off and my fans contiue to run

Sounds like you have some wiring issues or maybe some bad control modules or relays.

Check one system at a time. If you don't have experience with automotive electrical diagnoses this might be best left to a professional.
