Question: what could be wrong with this car?

So first I hear like a loud tapping noise. Its coming from pulley area where the serpentine belts are, and the bottom pulley which I was informed is the crankshaft pulley seems to be vibrating. The car has lost oil, and now the power steering belt has popped off and the other one is almost off. Could the belts be making the ticking noise and maybe both needed replaced? What could cause the oil leak?

You need a shop to look at it. The belts probably are not the tapping noise, but a pulley bearing could be. The oil leak needs to be diagnosed to figure out where the source is.
