Question: What could cause my 97 blazer to bog down on acceleration and on hills?

My 97 Blazer bogs down and chokes out on acceleration and hills. I have replaced the converter, fuel filter, plugs, and ERG valve. Even when it acts up the pressure gauge tested fine. Also it doesn't act up all the time but when it does I have to Al but totally let off the throttle. Usually pulling even the lowest grade hill at minimal speeds. However when I level out and finally accelerate back it runs almost normal.
