Question: What do you think it could be?

My sisters 2000 dodge dakota 4.7L top radiator hose broke so we towed it home put new one on and now its hard to start and once you do get it started if you let off the gas it dies.

You could have blow the head gasket. Or it could be that the idle air motor is bad.
