Question: what does it mean when my radiator steams out all of the water in my car?

It got maxed out with heat from not having water and it smelt electrical, my check battery & engine light were on and my emergency brake light was on even though the e brake was not in use

You hae a coolant leak that is why your radiator steams out. I would check the codes in the computer. The smell could be that coolant got on the alternator and burned it up. I would have the alternator check.
