Question: what does the light that looks like an hour glass mean???

I have a light that has come on that looks like an hour glass and according to the book it has something to do with the throttle control...when I start my car and this light is on it will only go about 20 mph....it jerks when you go to stopping.....the code is P000B when checked.....what could be causing this and is it expensive to get it replaced...the car is a 2007 dodge caliber with about 80,000 miles...

I believe that would be one of the cam sensors. This could be a bad sensor, wiring issue or something of that nature. You'll need to have it diagnosed further to know for sure how much it's going to cost to repair/replace.
