Question: What does this mean?

We was on the highway tonight and my car would no accelerate and we was almost home I hear this knocking and I asked my dad to listen to it he said in about a week it will blow up the crankshaft or something like that will shoot thur something and will blow up is this true??

If it is an engine knock, you may have spun a rod bearing. It which case the engine will fail very soon and the crank, piston, or rod could break and /or make a hole in the block. It probably won't "explode", but it can cause severe (non repairable) engine damage.
