Question: What else can I do?

My car runs fine, then sometimes it stalls when driving, not like cut off but like the rpms do up and down and I lose power. My check engine light comes on and the code say to change the CMP sensor which I have done. Twice. Im not sure what else to do. the code also says a timing belt stretch but I have a chain does that effect me.

Check the sensor and the wiring. Make sure the chain is being properly tensioned and the guides are in good shape.
