Question: what fuses control my instrument panel

my gas gauge, speedometer, water level gauges and mileage counter all went out at the same time . there is a round light with a ? mark in the middle and the words PARK BRAKE keeps flashing on and off it is a 1992 BMW 325I i really would appreciate a diagram as to where the exact fuses are to check please

Your owner's manual should list the fuse panel and which fuse controls which circuit. Sorry , I have no way of sending you a diagram.

Couldn't find an owner's manual for a vehicle that old, but did find a link that has electrical diagrams that should cover fuses and what they do.
