Question: What happens when the car throws alot of smoke from the exahust?

Also the exahust has oil and the car wont go more than 30 miles

Start by pulling the fault codes from the engine computer. A failure of a critical sensor can cause the engine to run very rich (too much fuel) which can cause a black smoke and driveability issues.

Otherwise you have a mechanical issue, if you really have oil in the exhaust and blue smoke it may be a valve seal or piston ring problem etc.

You should tow it into a repair shop for an estimate. Do not operate the vehicle in this condition.
