Question: what is brain box

Located under the dashboard at the passenger side

Brain Box is the term Lexus uses to describe it's various computers. I'd need to know which computer it is describing to tell much more.

If it is in the dash, I'd suspect it may be a body control module or an engine control module, but I am not familiar enough with Lexus to tell which one it is by location only.

Sorry, I don't have a source for parts. Your best bet is to contact the dealer as most likely the computer will need to be programmed by them anyway.
