Question: What is cause of grinding noise while driving?

Gentle grinding noise while driving, ceases when brakes are applied. Noise seems to be coming from the right front wheel.

Have your brakes checked. Sounds like the wear sensors are making noise. Very typical that the noise goes away when the brakes are applied. Eventually they will be on all the time. the sooner you fix it the better the chance the rotors won't be damaged.
