Question: What is the average cost to replace the clutch?
I think the clutch is starting to slip. I have the original clutch and have just about 128,000 miles on my vehicle.

It depends on where you take it and what parts you use to replace it. A factory clutch at the dealer could be as much as $1500. A smaller shop with a cheaper aftermarket shouldn't be over $900-1000. An independent mechanic might be able to get the job done for about $400-600
