Question: what is the directio does it come from the water pump into the core and back out into the tmanifold?

I have replaced the thermostat and flushed the radiator do to someone mixing antifreeze and dexcool.I believe my heater core may be clogged but I am having no condensation problems or no leaking inside the cab I think my lines may be reversed any ideas

Not sure. If the lines were backwards on the heater core, it shouldn't make much difference. If it is plugged, you probably won't get heat into the passenger compartment. If that is the issue, then pull the hoses off and blow regulated air (no more than 10 psi) into the core and see if it is clear.

Be aware that if it is plugged, a bunch of gunk may come shooting out when you apply air pressure, so put a rag over the other tube if you try to clear it.
