Question: What is the knocking sounds coming from my car?

The knocking sounds usually happen when I'm braking but once in a while it does it consistently. Sometimes it loud and sometimes I can barely hear it. Usually it gets worse the longer I am driving

Hard to say without hearing it in person. Sounds like you are describing a problem that's more related to the suspension and drive train rather than the engine. You should take it in for a diagnoses. A professional tech should be able to ID the problem for you.
