Question: What is the problem?

Every time I go from a stop to a slow roll I hear a squeaking under my car then right before I shift into 2nd gear you hear repetitive chunks against my floorboard towards the back seats once it shifts into second you won't hear the thuds again untill you come to a complete stop and start driving again. Please help!

You could have bad brakes a transmission problem. Wheel bearing going out. I would jack the car up and see if the bearing is loose or making a bad noise.
