Question: what is this called

the front passenger side control arm theres a bar that comes out of it and goes through the frame under the motor and has a nut on the end of it i need to know what that rubber is called so i can replace it

I'd need to see a picture of the part to tell you what it is. Sounds like a stabilizer link, but I can't be sure without seeing it. Take a pic of it and bring it with you to the parts store. They may be able to identify it for you.
