Question: what part i need

.i have a 1999 dodge intrepid with steering issues. on passenger side with tie rod unhooked its hard to turn spindal what is most likely cause control arm has been replaced aswell. was told strut or mount then the Steering Stabilizer. any idea dont wanna keep buying wrong parts and paying this guy so much for labor

Have a second shop inspect it. If the suspension or steering parts are coming apart, you have a serious issue and may need the front end overhauled to fix it properly.
