Question: WHAT PARTS DO I NEED TO REPLACE ? ARE THESE ALL JUST SENSORS THAT NEED TO BE REPLACED?

OBD RESULTS: P0301-CYLINDER 1 MISFIRE
P0716-INPUT TURBINE
SPEED SENSOR
P0717-INPUT NO SIGNAL
AND SOMETHING ELSE ABOUT MASS AIR PRESSURE

For all hard starting or engine performance issues, you should always start with the basics. Make sure the tune up items are done and check the charging and starting systems. The engine must have the basics done in order for it to be able to run correctly. Many things can cause this type of problem, and the simplest sometimes get overlooked.

As to the transmission codes, you may need a input turbine speed sensor or it could be more complex. I would start with fixing the motor, clearing the codes and see which ones reset. Then go from there.
