Question: what to do or add to save fuel wasting alot

fuel problems and hear knocking noise under passenger door

Check engine computer for fault codes, check fuel trims, do a tune up etc.

Knocking under the door? Hard to say with that description. An experienced tech can probably let you know in just a few minutes though hearing it in person.
