Question: what would cause dead throttle low power and stalling when cold?

I am gettin a dead throttle or low power output and stalling when i first start my car in the morning or when the engine is cold what could cause this

Probably a sensor issue. Maybe just the engine temp sensor? Check the engine computer for any stored fault codes.
