Question: What would cause my jeep to not start

Jeep backfired and shut off. After sitting for a few minutes it refired and ran fine until on my way home. It backfired and shut off. This time it would not refire.

Sounds like a component failing in the ignition system.

Check for fuel/spark. See whats missing when it wont run. Go from there....
