Question: whatmakes a whinning noise from the rear especially when applying the gas

I hear a whinning noise comming from the rear. Its loudest when traveling between 35 and 60... above 60 seems to quiet down some. Used to be only when going up hills, but now is constant

Tires, wheel bearing, brakes, dust shield dragging etc. Have it checked out. Should be easy for for a tech to diagnose in person.
