Question: Wheels baring on something front

Especially trying to turn both front wheels sound like bearing on something

Very possible the bearings have issues. It’s really hard to diagnose this type of problem long distance. You'll need to have a mechanic listen to it to actually isolate what the noise is.

Have a shop inspect the front end to make sure nothing is worn or damaged.
