Question: when hitting a bumping road there's a rattle noise throught the steering wheel.

rattle noise, cluck noise like if some thing is loose or broken. i check the ball joint, front enf component, all okay. noise and rattle feel more throught the steering.

Check your wheel bearings. Also make sure your tires are ok. You could have a bad tire causing your problem.
